1:1 Chronic Illness Mindset & Lifestyle Coaching

Living with a chronic illness can be lonely, scary, and uncertain.

When my health crashed, I fought against my diagnosis for a long time. I didn’t want to accept that this could be forever. I believed that acceptance meant giving up. I was heartbroken and I felt alone because no one around me could truly understand what I was going through.

My entire focus was on survival… and then one day, I realized that I wasn’t sure who I was outside of my illness anymore.

It was then, at my lowest point, that I decided I didn’t want to live like that anymore. I wanted to figure out who I was, take back some control of my life, and find joy again.

I’ll give you the guidance and support I wish I had at the beginning of my journey. You don’t have to face this alone, we’ll face it together!

Also, it should be noted: I will not be giving out medical, therapeutic, or physical therapy advice, but will gladly work alongside your other providers.
