Hi, I’m Dani! I help women with chronic illnesses accept their diagnoses, take back control of their mindsets, cultivate confidence, and find joy again so they can live fulfilled, empowered lives.
Here, we’re creating lives we’re proud of alongside chronic illness.
I’m a 31 year-old chronic illness mindset coach and content creator. I love fashion, coffee, music, skincare, and reading books. Creative lifestyle photography is my passion and helps me cope with my circumstances in a healthy way. I firmly believe in the power of hope, community, and the ability to find joy amidst uncertainty.
Chronic illness has been present on and off throughout my life, but it completely, irrevocably changed everything back in 2015. I spent a long time lost and confused. My life began to revolve around which doctor’s appointment was coming up next. Slowly but surely, I desired a change but I didn’t know how to get there. Mindset work saved my life and it’s gotten me to where I am today. However, if I had the right tools, I could’ve gotten there way faster. This is where I come in… it’s my purpose to teach others all of the lessons I’ve learned so they can grow and progress through their journeys much faster than I did. Interested? What you’ll find inside: a space dedicated to answering any questions you might have
Are you curious about my style, what my favorite hair products are, or how I manage my illness? What I eat, my values, favorite recipes, songs, and people? Or maybe you just want to get to know me a little better…
Either way, I invite you to do all of the above in Dani’s Diary: where you’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions, and I will do my best to respond to those questions with honesty and transparency.
By creating more space for these honest conversations to take place, my hope is to use Dani’s Diary as means to foster hope, connection, & awareness to the lesser talked about parts of living life with complex health issues.
Let’s get to know one another!

“You are a fierce advocate, an educator, and a friend to so many. I’m always so grateful to have met you on this little screen & believe in your and your ability to care for others, even when it might not look like what you anticipated. Also here to say, you’re amazing & I love you”
“Hi Dani! I hope you see this. I just wanted to message you and say that I think you are amazing! Your strength and endurance is truly inspiring. I love how you are showing what life with chronic illness really is like!”
So many of us out there resist the interventions we’re told will help us just because we don’t want to be judged or seem lesser than because of the help we need. I find this so intriguing because it’s almost like the ones judging us want us to get better, yet they feel like they have a right to decide the ways in which we try to do so?
